Order Processing

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Dallas Racquetball is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
